Was founded by Sensei Alan Pirie 5th Dan. Who was one of the true gentlemen
of the martial art, as anyone who ever trained with him will tell you.
Sensei Pirie who studied Aikido under Sensei Chiba who he followed as he
traveled England spreading Aikido. Sadly Sensei Pirie past away on the 5th
April 1995. He has been greatly missed !
The club was run by Phillip Benge 3rd Dan until Phillip moved down to Weston-Super-Mare in January 2000.
